Nana Oforiwa Kwao-Adotey has 18+ years of relevant experience in the Telecom Industry. She has demonstrated track records of being skilled in Customer Service, Customer Experience, it’s Design and Strategy, Customer Journey Mapping, Service Excellence, Strategic Planning, Customer Retention, Business Process Improvement and Change Management. Prior to joining Busy in 2015, Nana was the Head of Customer Service at Teledata ICT. She managed the setup and rollout of Glomobile Ghana’s contact centre as the Head Contact Centre and spent over a decade in various customer service functions in MTN Ghana. She is an alumnus of the University of Ghana (BA in Sociology), Paris Graduate School of Management (MBA in International Business), with continuous professional developments from George Washington University and Harvard Business School. Nana is a creative and efficient cross-functional leader, action driven yet results oriented professional with excellent people skills. She uses unorthodox business acumen to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
