Thomas over 10 years work experience across the banking and telecommunications industries. He brings to Busy a wealth of experience in Customer Value Management, Revenue Planning and Telecom Marketing strategy. He was responsible for the launch of Airtel Rewardz, Airtel Ghana’s loyalty programme and was involved in the development of Airtel’s Business strategy (Annual Operating Plan). Prior to Airtel Tom worked with the Commercial Department of Tigo (Millicom Ghana) as Business Decision Support and later as Offer Design Manager (Products). His experience in the banking sector was with Barclays Bank where he was in charge of the Scheme Loans Portfolio within the Collections Unit. Thomas has a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University and an MBA from Roehampton University in London.
